Biology BS/BA
- The Department of Biological Sciences is an academic community of scientists and students engaged in advancing the discovery, dissemination, and application of knowledge in biological sciences. It is suggested that students who intend on pursuing a postgraduate degree get the BS degree instead of the BA degree.

Chemistry BS/BA
- Chemistry studies the substances of which matter is composed and investigates their properties and the way they interact. It is suggested that students who intend on pursuing a postgraduate degree get the BS degree instead of the BA degree.

Earth and Environment Science
- Earth and Environment Science studies the interaction of the physical and biological processes that shape our natural environment, and the application of scientific methods to environmental problems. Studies have the option to pick up a concentration in either Atmospheric, Environmental, or Hydrological sciences.

Geology
- English asks students to examine text, both classic and modern, and interpret the meaning behind the words used. Student in this major can choose to just study English or get a concentration in creative writing, language and digital technology, literature and culture, or pedagogy.

Meteorology
- The Meteorology program gives students a better understanding of the atmosphere and of methods for applying that knowledge to practical problems. Outside of the traditional broadcasting job associated with this major, students can also work in environmental, agricultural, oceanic, and hydrological careers.

Physics
- Physics is the exploration and identification of the basic principles governing the structure and behavior of matter, the generation and transfer of energy, and the interaction of matter and energy. Students can get a Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science degree, it is suggested that those who want a postgraduate degree should pursue the BS degree.
